Q.Can I use your company for my wedding rentals?
A.At this time our inventory supports 200 chairs and corresponding tables & linens. If you are expecting 200 guests or less we would love to help! Cotton candy, popcorn or donuts make a fun late night snack for your guests too and the boxwood is a nice backdrop for guests pictures.
Q.Do you have a showroom to view items available for rent?
A.No, at this time we do not have a showroom or store front. If you would like to view an item prior to renting please contact us to set up a time.
Q.How far in advance should I book my rental?
A.Most weekend dates are booked 1-2 months in advance however some are booked further out. Feel free to reach out about booking for your event at any time.
Q.Do you rent by the day or hour?
A.All rentals are by the day. Items can be picked up starting at 10:00 AM the day of the event or 5:00 PM the night before if available. If items are being delivered, timing will be the day before or by 10:00 AM the day of the event. Pick up of the items will depend on the next days schedule. If picking up the same day, we will work with you to coordinate with the end of your event. You can expect to hear from us the week of your event to plan delivery and pick up that works for you!
Q.Where is pick up located?
A.Pick up is in Westerville near Westerville Central High School
Q.What payment methods are accepted?
A.Credit card only for deposits and credit card or cash for the second portion of payment.
Q.Does pricing include delivery and/or setup?
A.Delivery is included for the first 3 miles from Westerville Central High School. After that, delivery is calculated at $3.50/mile (only calculated using one way distance).
Q.Do I need to clean my rental items prior to returning?
A.Rental items should be clean and in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery or pick up with the exception of cotton candy. You are not expected to clean to the cotton candy machine center. Usual wear is expected. A $10/item cleaning fee will be applied for items not returned clean.
Q.What happens if the weather looks bad on the day of my event or I need to cancel after paying my deposit?
A.If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit can be applied to one date change (if items are available on preferred date) or to other items if your change plans completely.
Q.Is there a deposit and when is the remainder of my payment due?
A.A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due at the time of pick up or delivery of the items.
